A weekend in the park

My name is Lisa. I live in Tula, Russia. Last Sunday, I went to the park with my family. The weather was good. It was sunny and warm. First, we played Frisbee, and I threw it really high! Then, we played hide-and-seek. My little sister hid behind a big tree, but I found her! After that, we went to the pond and fed ducks. They were very hungry.

We also had a picnic on the grass. We brought sandwiches, fruit, and juice. “This is the best picnic ever!” my sister said. We sat on a big blanket near the pond and ate.

We saw a lot of people in the park. Children played games, men and women walked their dogs and talked. Some old people read books on benches. We even saw some squirrels in the park. They were so cute!

We spent the afternoon in the park, and we had so much fun. It was a great day. “Can we come back next weekend?” my sister asked. “Of course,” my dad said. We want to go back again!
